I hated running miles in jr. high school and high school because I would end up running it around 11-14 minutes. But I guess now it’s the not so dreaded mile time since I embarked on my fastest mile time in my life. 7minutes 47 seconds on November 22, 2011 Sufreakinwoop. May not be the fastest but after being in the back running miles all throughout grade school, it definitely feels good 8) Especially after running 6 miles straight in 57 minutes last week, SICK.
